Winter 2011 Co-ed Basketball

Registration is now open for the Winter 2011 Co-ed Basketball League!!! Teams are encouraged to register as soon as possible to ensure space availability. The Winter 2011 Co-ed Basketball League Begins on Sunday, January 29, 2012. Games will be played at these locations... LOCATION: Issac Gourdine Middle School, 8700 Allentown Road, Fort Washington, MD 20744 CLICK HERE for map Oakcrest Community Center, 1300 Capitol Heights Boulevard, Capitol Heights, MD 20743 CLICK HERE for map The season will consist of regular season games plus playoffs (for playoff eligible teams). Makeup games will be scheduled as necessary. Doubleheader games may be scheduled. DAY / TIME: Games will be played on Sundays - AM/PM REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INFO: The team registration fee is $850.00 per league.. Registration Deadline: January 15, 2012 or, until League is full whichever comes first. Please note that payment must be made in full to be considered fully registered. All late payments will be subject to a $60.00 late fee. No more than two (2) personal checks will be accepted per team registration and NO personal checks will be accepted after the registration deadline. To register a team, please complete the following steps: Complete Registration Form Complete Roster Form (Captains' Login) Have your teammates complete and sign the Waiver Form Provide Team Fee - $850.00 per league Late registration will be based on space availability. Payments made after registration deadline are subject to $60.00 late fee. Team fees are payable by Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card Please note that no checks will be accepted for payment after the Registration Deadline. Thereafter, all payments MUST be made by cash, credit card (online) or money order.
